We had the course delivered for a group of us (7) from the agency to learn how to edit web content for both our external website and our new (still developing) intranet.

Janene was an amazing facilitator and made the course so enjoyable. Janene was able to make the course suit my needs and work at my pace.

Found the course and format very interesting. I learned a lot of extra functions of PivotTables I had no knowledge of previously.

Janene was amazing! She is an excellent teacher, very friendly and so patient. I was happy to learn about different styles, templates, memos, tracking changes, and report formatting.

Ying was very knowledgeable about Outlook and even though I am experienced in using Outlook I still learnt things.

Due to the coronavirus, most of us are web-based and Ying was adaptable to showing us how to use the web-based version.

I’m really happy with the amount of new knowledge I have learned from the course and I appreciate Chris showing us the many simple ways we can perform tasks. This is the first time I have been involved in Webinar training and I have to say I prefer the format over in-person training. The facilitator’s screen is clearer than looking at a projection of the screen and instead of being in a stuffy room and becoming tired, I was able to do this in the comfort of my home and stay alert and engaged.

Chris is obviously very knowledgeable in all aspects of Excel and could predict what participants were doing without seeing their screen.

The course came in very handy in getting me started with MS Projects.

It was perfectly designed with just the right amount of details and examples. The flow was easy to understand

Very helpful information on Styles, multi-level lists, tables rather than tabs, table/figure captions, websites for further information. Very useful tops and information on creating accessible documents

Perry was a great facilitator, who ensured that participants understood the concepts as he went through the chapters.

The course provided a solid overview of Visio, and I would be keen to undertake the Visio Masters course in the near future. Perry went through the core concepts in Visio but also tailored the learnings to what we were planning on using Visio for in our respective workplaces. I also liked the small class size, which enabled more interaction with Perry.

Perry was very engaging and friendly. His interactive manner of demonstrating Visio was both interesting and informative.

Janene is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and explains the program well. I will be recommending this course to my colleagues.

Very relaxed atmosphere facilitated good learning. Very much highlighted very good information regarding EXCEL spreadsheets and how to better formulate and use spreadsheets.

I haven’t used the program before, but I’m confident I can tackle projects now.

Delivered at a good pace for people learning the content for the first time.

Janene was great. The WOW Factor for this course was all the additional valuable tips and tricks Janene had to share.

The instructor had in-depth knowledge and was very enthusiastic.

Was really good! All the skills were useful and I enjoyed how we walked through most of the steps. It might have been good if we could have had a little more explanation of what type of situation each function would be most useful.

We covered a lot of material, and it was very practical. I learned a lot about pivot tables. The data validation material was particularly interesting/useful.

The whole course was very helpful as excel parts a big part in my profession. I am very pleased with the facilitator as the whole course was very interactive and explanations were very clear. I learnt a lot of new things like creating data validations, sliders, timelines and many more 🙂

I learned to create a macro, how to create buttons and assign macros, how to consolidate data and create a macro to consolidate data. I much appreciated Ven’s patience in stepping through the processes.

This was an interesting course, that I took a lot out of to improve performance at work and on a personal level. This covers topics not usually discussed in traditional courses.

Awesome. I learnt so much about PowerPoint and its full functionality. We will definitely be using these skills learnt today within the workplace on future projects.

Really enjoyed the course, Chris provided very detailed demos and I feel confident with heading back to work and incorporating what I have learnt.

The course was a good introduction to MS Access, which my team will need to run our main database (audit recommendations monitoring and tracking). The course explained the process of creation and linking/relating of tables, generating queries and forms, and use of functions and Lookup Wizard extremely well, as well as importing and linking data files from Excel.

Never easy to provide for a group with varying levels of background excel experience, but this catered to everyone by structuring with the basics and building up, so it worked well. Steve kept pace with the group, slowing down to explain where needed and speeding up when we were quick to understand something.

Steve’s a great facilitator, ensured that all questions were answered and well explained. And he made it easy to follow through the exercises.

Steve facilitated our intermediate Excel course today which was very informative and tailored to our needs. The course was probably more informative to what I actually do but having additional knowledge on how things could be done with more information is pretty exciting.

Steve managed to match individual skill level well and catered to those who were more advanced. I learnt a lot of quick tips to make Excel easier to use. Also great to have a bit of time in the end for an overview of pivot tables.

A good and informative course. I enjoyed the course and the facilitator was good. I would recommend.

Perry was fantastic at explaining things well and I appreciated the fact that there were pre-set projects that we could work on. I have definitely left with a great deal more knowledge to use MS Project.

Content. It covered more than what I would expect from an essential type course Pace was good and excellent delivery.

The course was tailored to my needs. I learned about the topic I was interested in and I am comfortable coming back to the office to implement my new skills. In addition to this, Perry was able to show me other functions of adobe I didn’t know about. I found this a course extremely helpful.

Overall course was thought-provoking and made me analyse myself and what I need to work on and how I can relate to others.

The course itself is relatively easy and the facility itself is well kept as well as equipment. I thought that the explanations did run on a bit but with that being said this is a beginner course.

Overall satisfied.

The course was well facilitated and structured. Some chapters/units could have been covered more swiftly, especially on the second day. We had only 3 students so more flexibility to move quicker through some lessons would be good.

It was good to get some new tips in outlook and one-note

I was lucky enough to be by myself with Ying. He helped me work on areas that I would draw the most amount of knowledge from. He was great! Most of the content is applicable to my work. I will utilise the Word Bible for any followup training.

Really clearly described and very patient throughout the whole process

I could understand it much better as I was able to practice the steps at the same time on the computer. The trainer was good in his teaching pace and was mindful of the speed of others.

An excellent introduction to SharePoint, I currently do not have admin access at work, this course is a requirement for that. I hope that the features shown are available to me however, as our department is very limiting in its connectivity many may not be useful. Ying moved through the content very quickly but was thorough when additional explanations were required he made sure to take the time for each person so that we all kept up.

Ying was very clear, which illustrates how well he knows computers.

The way Ying presents it has reinvigorated my interest in Excel again which I’m grateful for. And the prepared excel spreadsheets on the computer in the training room were excellent and easy to follow. Made learning so much easier.

Good. So many things to remember though but covers all the stuff.

Chris Rai was a fantastic great trainer who is engaging professional, did a fantastic job. Having a great trainer really makes the course fun!

Learnt many aspects I didn’t know about. Good clear Microsoft Excel training.

Chris was a lovely presenter who clearly covered all the concepts well and provided additional guidance to all questions raised. Really solid course material.

Very insightful to VBA programming, although most practice runs were just copying out text.

The content was helpful and improved my understanding of what it means to be assertive. I liked the book that was provided with the course materials. The small group size was good too.
