How the feedback is actually collected.

Not by chasing people for a testimonial. Every course finishes with an evaluation, filled in before anyone leaves the room, while the day is still fresh — including the parts that did not work. Facilitators see their own results.

That matters more than a wall of quotes, because it is the mechanism that changes what happens next: a module that consistently scores badly gets rewritten, and a facilitator who consistently scores badly stops teaching that course.

• Did you get enough hands-on practice, or was it too much watching?
• Will you be able to use this on Monday?
• What was missing?

Leaving a review.

If you have done a course with us, the group's review form is on the Nexacu site. Reviews there are public and attributed. If something went wrong, we would rather hear it directly first — 1300 886 190 reaches a person.

Checking us out properly.

Reviews are the weakest form of evidence a training provider can offer, because every provider has good ones. Two better tests: read a full course outline and judge whether it covers what you actually need, and ask us on the phone which course not to book. We will tell you.
